Terms of Service

We’re so happy you’re here! We want every guest to have an exceptional experience with us. These policies help us provide consistent service expectations for all guests while protecting and respecting our stylists’ time. By booking with us, you agree to the following:

Payment Policy

  • Payment for all services is due at the time of your appointment.

  • By providing payment information when you book, you authorize Ethos Salon to charge your card for applicable service fees, including late cancellations or rescheduling fees.

  • Chargebacks are not permitted for services that have been completed. If a chargeback is initiated, Ethos Salon may pursue collections and restrict future bookings.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Please provide 48 hours to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations or reschedules (with less than 48 hours notice) will be charged 50%.

  • Same day cancellations or reschedules or no- call, no-show appointments will be charged the full service amount.

  • Fees must be paid before booking your next appointment.

  • Three (3) late cancellations or no-shows in a 12-month period will result in loss of booking privileges at Ethos Salon.

Redo Policy

  • If you are not fully satisfied, let us know within 7 days so we can make adjustments.

  • All adjustments are performed by your original stylist.

  • Choosing to see a different stylist will be considered a new service and will be charged at full price.

  • Though we do not offer refunds for services, it's our commitment to make sure you're happy with your hair.

Product Policy

  • All product sales are final.

  • If a retail item is defective, we may offer an exchange for the same product within 7 days of purchase.
